All-inclusive Novaparent packages run 40–70% less than equivalent USA programs ($130,000–200,000+) and 30–60% less than domestic UK, Australian, or Canadian altruistic surrogacy after legal and IVF fees are added.

Standard

$47,000 USD

Market context

How surrogacy costs compare worldwide

Surrogacy is priced very differently around the world — but the sticker price rarely tells the whole story. Here is how our $47,000–$75,000 all-inclusive packages stand against the three main alternatives, with current 2026 industry pricing. Our price is fixed and all-inclusive — not the cheapest headline, but the full number, the same across all three countries, with no per-attempt surprises.

United States

Commercial system

$100,000 – $200,000+

Premium California & New York programs regularly exceed $300,000.

  • Surrogate compensation: $45,000–$75,000 base, plus pregnancy expenses
  • Agency fees: $15,000–$60,000 depending on tier
  • Add-ons: IVF, legal, escrow, insurance, donor (if needed)
  • Deep surrogate pool, well-established state-by-state legal frameworks
  • Pricing model is fundamentally commercial — costs scale with surrogate experience and state

Novaparent runs roughly 60–70% less for an equivalent all-inclusive journey. The full 2026 country-by-country cost comparison breaks down where every dollar differs.

UK, Australia, Canada

Altruistic systems

£30,000 – £80,000+ (UK)

Australia AUD $70,000–$120,000 · Canada CAD $80,000–$140,000.

  • No surrogate compensation — only "reasonable expenses" reimbursed (£12,000–£25,000 typical)
  • IVF often private (not covered by NHS or Medicare for surrogacy use): adds £15,000–£30,000
  • Parental order required — legal parenthood transfers only via court, 4–6 months after birth
  • Surrogate pool is small; matching wait times of 1–3 years are common
  • Cheaper on paper, but cumulative expenses and timeline uncertainty are widely reported

Often comparable to Novaparent on the lowest budget — but with significantly less predictability.

Novaparent

Fixed all-inclusive

$47,000 – $75,000

Same pricing across Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia.

  • Everything bundled: matching, surrogate compensation, IVF (Comfort/Prestige), pregnancy, birth, legal documents
  • Three milestone payments: at contract, week 25, after birth — never paying everything upfront
  • Birth certificate from day one (Ukraine, Armenia) or 1–2 weeks via Civil Registry (Georgia) — no parental order delay
  • Surrogate matching in weeks, not years
  • 12–18 month total timeline from contract to bringing your baby home

The price you see is the price you pay.

Cheaper is not always better — and most expensive does not always mean safest. The real difference between these systems is not the headline number but the predictability of the total cost: how many cycles are included, how add-ons are handled, when legal parenthood is recognized, and how long matching takes. Novaparent's value is not being the absolute lowest — it is being completely fixed and accountable from day one.

Cost Questions

Before you sign

What happens if the first embryo transfer fails?

In the Standard package, each additional transfer beyond the first costs $2,000. In Comfort, after 3 attempts are exhausted, each additional transfer costs $2,000. Prestige includes unlimited transfers at no extra cost.

When exactly do I pay each installment?

Three milestones — at contract signing, when pregnancy reaches week 25 confirmed by ultrasound, and after birth with birth certificate in your names. You never pay everything upfront.

Are there really no hidden fees? What's outside the package?

The package price includes everything from surrogate compensation to birth documents. You plan additional budget only for: your own travel (2–3 trips, ~$3,000–5,000), home-country legal consultation (~$500–2,000), and any cryo storage outside the program timeline.

What's included in the price?

Surrogate matching and screening, the IVF cycle and embryo transfer, all medical care through the pregnancy, legal work and the birth certificate in your names, and founder-led coordination from start to finish.

Why is the price the same in Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia?

We charge one transparent, all-inclusive price regardless of country, so your choice of destination is guided by what fits your situation — legal framework, timeline, comfort — not by cost.

Can the price change once we start?

No. Your package price is fixed when you sign and is paid across three milestones tied to real progress. There are no per-attempt surcharges.
