Cookie Policy

We believe in privacy-first design. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy applies to www.novaparent-surrogacy.com, operated by Private Entrepreneur Andrew Khodonovych, registered in Ukraine, with office at Pechers'kyi descent, 15, Kyiv 02000. Registration No. 2659202114310 (registered 21.09.2020).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and analyze how the site is used. Similar technologies — such as local storage and session storage — perform the same function but store data within your browser rather than as separate files.

This Cookie Policy covers cookies and all similar tracking technologies used on our website.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary (always active)

These are essential for the website to function. They do not require your consent under GDPR.

• Session storage — temporary data for the duration of your browser session. Deleted when you close the browser.

3.2 Functional / Performance (with your consent)

Help us deliver a fast, modern website. These require your consent.

• Web fonts (self-hosted) — we use Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans, served directly from our own domain. No font requests are sent to Google, and no IP address is shared with third parties for font delivery.
• Cloudflare CDN (planned) — content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie (bot management, 30 minutes) and process IP addresses. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

3.3 Analytics (with your consent)

Help us understand how visitors use our site. We use only privacy-focused analytics — no advertising integration.

• Microsoft Clarity (planned) — anonymous usage patterns, heatmaps, and session recordings. Does not track you across other websites. Sessions are anonymized; sensitive form fields are automatically masked. Microsoft Clarity Privacy Notice
• Bing Webmaster Tools / Google Search Console — server-side verification only, no client-side cookies on your browser.

3.4 Security (with your consent)

• Cloudflare Turnstile (planned) — privacy-respecting CAPTCHA alternative used on our contact form to prevent spam and bot submissions. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA. Cloudflare Turnstile

4. Your Cookie Consent

We currently use only strictly necessary technology. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are placed, so no cookie banner is shown — there is nothing that requires your consent. If we ever add an analytics or marketing tool, we will ask for your consent before it runs and update this policy.

5. How to Withdraw or Change Your Consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. There are three ways to manage cookies:

1. Clear your browser data — removes anything our website has stored in your browser.
2. Browser settings — all major browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies. Visit your browser's help menu for instructions:
   • Chrome
   • Firefox
   • Safari
   • Edge
   • Brave
3. Email us — contact info@novaparent-surrogacy.com for help.

6. Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat that as a request to decline all non-essential cookies, regardless of your previous preference.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies on Linked Websites

Our website may contain links to external websites (for example, partner privacy policies). When you follow such a link, our Cookie Policy no longer applies. Please review the cookie practices of any third-party site you visit.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you specific rights regarding cookies and tracking technologies:

• The right to consent freely, specifically, and in an informed way before any non-essential cookie is placed
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• The right to access information about which cookies we use
• The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

For full details on data protection rights, see our Privacy Policy, Section 11.

9. Privacy-First Principle

10. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
